David Bieber Appointed Chairman of Vertex Board of Directors to Further Drive Company’s Growth in Utility Customer Experience Management

Vertex Business Services, a recognized leader in utility customer experience management, has appointed David Bieber as its new chairman of the board of directors.

Bieber is a well-known and respected industry veteran, having served as managing partner, North American Utility Practice at Accenture from 2005-2011, and has been dedicated to consulting in the utilities industry for more than 30 years. Under Bieber’s leadership, the capabilities that Accenture brought to its clients were significantly broadened and enhanced.
